The Pixelbug sculpture is a totem animal created for the Zsolnay Light Festival in Pécs. In a renewed form and with an expanded content, it continues its walk through the forest of visual stimuli, this time in Budapest.
Pixelbug is a digital public sculpture, towering above the visitors of the Biodóm, it proclaims the universality of light. During the daytime, it simply puts the space that houses it in a new perspective, but when the evening sets in, the rose chafer, magnified thousands of times, comes to life and fills its surroundings with light.
